For homes where toileting care is part of the everyday routine.
For many families, the real strain comes from having to repeat the same cleaning, changing and repositioning several times a day, sometimes through the night as well.
CareBidet is intended for this kind of routine. The examples below show what changed in one family’s home care, how the workload can be looked at, and the different ways CareBidet can be trialled, rented or purchased.
How CareBidet fitted into one family’s routine.
The interview gives a practical view of what changed at home and what the family found most useful.

You can review the three pathways here, but you do not need to choose one before enquiring. We can discuss the care situation first.
Trial
A supported way to experience CareBidet in the real home routine before making a longer term decision.
Rental
A monthly access pathway for families who want flexibility, with service and maintenance support around ongoing use.
Purchase
A purchase pathway for families who want to own the system, with setup guidance and ongoing service options.

Short reflections from care settings.
“The client appeared more comfortable and relaxed during hygiene care. The device helped maintain dignity and reduced discomfort compared with manual wiping.”
“CareBidet has reduced the physical burden of care and helped lower the risks of infection and injury.”
“This machine gave our father greater dignity and brought much-needed peace of mind to our family during palliative care.”
“Night-time care became much less intrusive. There were fewer occasions when I needed to switch on the lights, reposition him and begin a full personal-care routine, so the room remained quieter and his sleep was disturbed less often.”

The Nights Became Easier Once We Got Used to It
Anyone who has provided care through the night will understand how exhausting it can be. When he needed continence care, I would wake up, check the pad and bedding, clean him, and help him settle comfortably again. By the time everything was finished, we were both usually wide awake.
The first few nights with CareBidet felt unfamiliar. I checked the positioning several times and got up whenever I heard the machine operating, just to make sure everything was working properly. I did not feel completely confident with it straight away. We needed a little time to adjust to a different way of providing care.
After a few nights, the routine began to feel much more natural. I knew what to check before bedtime and became familiar with the sounds and operation of the system. When continence care was needed during the night, CareBidet detected it and began the cleaning and drying process.
The greatest relief was no longer having to get up each time to change a pad, clean him and rearrange the bedding. That whole part of the night became much easier.
I also felt reassured knowing that he was not left in a soiled pad for hours. Because cleaning and drying happened soon afterwards, I worried less about his skin being exposed to moisture and soiling through the night. It gave me greater peace of mind about his hygiene and comfort.
The bedroom environment improved as well. Odour did not remain in the room in the same way, and the bed area felt fresher in the morning. I no longer started each day wondering what condition the pad and bedding would be in.
At first, using a new device overnight felt strange. Once we became familiar with it, I was able to rest more easily while it was operating. I was less tired because I was no longer spending long periods awake providing the same repeated care. He also seemed more settled because he did not have to be turned, cleaned and fully woken several times during the night.
For our family, CareBidet became more than an alternative to continence pads. It gave him a cleaner and more comfortable night, while allowing me to rest with greater confidence that his personal care needs were being managed.
